👾A: We are from the province of Québec in Canada. We speak French and English!
🤍Q: I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
👾A: Every order is shipped once a week, usually monday or tuesday.
🤍Q: I still haven't recieved my package yet, is it normal?
👾A: Shipping times may differ for every order. Here's some approximative shipping time:
>>CANADA: 2 days to 3 weeks
>>USA: 1 to 4 weeks
>>INTERNATIONAL: 2 to 6 weeks
**Please contact us if you haven't recieved your order after 1 month for Canada/USA or after 2 months for INTERNATIONAL**

🤍Q: Oh no, the item I wanted is sold out! Will it be restocked?
👾A: Yes, most items are usually restocked. Only the items marked "No Restock", "Last Chance" or "Discontinued" will not be back in stock.
